Automation vector

Waste collectors perform manual loading of garbage onto garbage trucks, operating in outdoor physical environments during night shifts. Automated side-loading trucks have already reduced the need for on-foot operators in many Spanish cities through mechanical arm systems. However, the collection of bulky waste and operations in narrow streets where automatic trucks cannot fit still require the physical strength and agility of the human collector on the job.

Los recogedores de residuos realizan la carga manual de basuras en camiones de basura, operando en entornos físicos exteriores en horarios nocturnos. Los camiones de recogida automática lateral ya han reducido la necesidad de operarios de a pie en muchas ciudades españolas mediante sistemas de brazo mecánico. Sin embargo, la recogida de residuos voluminosos y la operación en calles estrechas donde el camión automático no cabe requieren todavía de la fuerza y agilidad física del recogedor humano en el tajo.
