Aunque la robótica de cocina ya automatiza procesos repetitivos en la comida rápida (freír, montar hamburguesas), la cocina de restaurante requiere destreza manual y juicio sensorial. La adaptación al ritmo del servicio y la creatividad para ajustar recetas in situ según la calidad del producto fresco mantienen el valor del cocinero humano.
