Cooks perform food preparation and cooking tasks in physical and variable kitchen environments. Although kitchen robotics already automates repetitive processes in fast food (frying, assembling burgers), restaurant cooking requires manual dexterity and sensory judgment. Adapting to the pace of service and the creativity to adjust recipes on the spot based on the quality of fresh produce maintain the value of the human cook.

Los cocineros realizan tareas de preparación y elaboración de alimentos en entornos de cocina físicos y variables. Aunque la robótica de cocina ya automatiza procesos repetitivos en la comida rápida (freír, montar hamburguesas), la cocina de restaurante requiere destreza manual y juicio sensorial. La adaptación al ritmo del servicio y la creatividad para ajustar recetas in situ según la calidad del producto fresco mantienen el valor del cocinero humano.
