Automation vector
Telephone operators manage high volumes of calls and route communications in digital switchboard environments. Speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) systems already manage call routing and answer basic queries autonomously. As this is a task based purely on digital voice communication, AI has a very high automation potential, reducing the need for human operators.

Los telefonistas gestionan grandes volúmenes de llamadas y derivan comunicaciones en entornos digitales de centralita. Los sistemas de reconocimiento de voz y procesamiento de lenguaje natural (NLP) ya gestionan el enrutamiento de llamadas y responden dudas básicas de forma autónoma. Al ser una tarea basada puramente en la comunicación de voz digital, la IA tiene un potencial de automatización muy alto, reduciendo la necesidad de operadores humanos.
